In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule your rental for a different date or time. If rescheduling is not possible, we may offer a refund or credit for a future rental.
Absolutely! You can make changes to your rental order up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery date. Contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate your changes.
Our standard one-day rental period is 8 hours, typically covering the duration of your event. Need more time? Just let us know - extended rental options are available.
Yes! We will provide you with a 100 ft extension cord for our inflatable rentals. However, please let us know in advance if your setup location is far from a power source. If you need more than 100 ft, we have generators available to rent at a low price.
Yes, a deposit of $75.00 is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of delivery.
We can set up on grass, concrete, and asphalt. Please let us know your surface type so we can bring the proper anchors.
Yes, all of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every rental to ensure a safe experience for all guests.
Yes! We ask that you remove trash, food, and debris before pickup. A cleaning fee of $100.00 may be charged if excessive cleaning is needed.
Yes. We handle delivery, setup, and takedown on the bounce house and tents, so you can focus on enjoying your event. Setup for the tables and chairs can be provided for an additional fee.
Yes, adult supervision is required at all times while the bounce house is in use to ensure the safety of all participants.
Customers are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence. Normal wear and tear is expected, but please report any issues immediately.
Please have everyone exit immediately and check to ensure the blower is still plugged in and the circuit has not tripped. Contact us right away if the problem continues.
Yes. An adult (18+) must be present at delivery and pickup to sign paperwork and go over setup instructions.
